Property Manager
Patricia has substantial managerial and supervisory experience. Prior to her arrival at TVPM, Patty supervised accounting departments and gained extensive experience in customer care and support. Her accounting experience includes line and supervisory functions in general ledger, accounts payable, payroll and accounts receivable. She has managed inventory and cash flows and was responsible for supervising and scheduling several workforces.
Patty has resided in Norton for over 20 years. Outside of work she enjoys working on her bucket list, traveling, bicycle riding and spending time with family and friends. Patty has 2 children.
Luke grew up in Northeast Indiana and went to College at Purdue University where he studied Hospitality Management and Economics. He relocated from Indianapolis, Indiana to Southwest Florida in 2010.
Since 2011; Luke has worked in high-end resort, and/or association management handling owner services, marketing, on-site managerial needs, & acting portfolio manager. He currently resides in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida.

Regina does more than just balance the books at TVPM. She leverages more than 20 years of accounting and customer service experience that you can count on and appreciate.
At TVPM, Regina focuses on accounts payable and receivable, with an emphasis on property management. She helps clients manage their cash flow while preparing financial statements and tax returns.
Regina attended Mt. Union College and is a licensed property manager for the state of Florida.
When not at work, Regina spends her free time with her husband and two children. She enjoys golfing, quilting and reading.
